Challenge:
The dental practice needed a modern, patient-centered website that could better educate prospective patients, simplify access to essential information, and build confidence before a patient's first appointment. The existing website lacked intuitive navigation, educational resources, and an engaging user experience, making it difficult for visitors to understand available services or feel informed about their treatment options. Beyond improving usability, the website needed to better reflect the practice's commitment to patient care by presenting clear, accessible information while creating a welcoming digital experience for individuals from diverse backgrounds. The challenge was to design a website that balanced education, accessibility, and trust while supporting the practice's long-term growth and patient engagement goals.

Strategy:
I approached the redesign by focusing on the patient journey, ensuring visitors could easily navigate the site, understand available services, and access the information they needed to make informed decisions about their care. The website's information architecture was reorganized to improve usability, while educational content—including a comprehensive dental glossary—was introduced to help simplify clinical terminology and make complex procedures more approachable. To create a more inclusive and welcoming experience, I incorporated diverse imagery that reflected the practice's patient community and reinforced its commitment to compassionate, accessible care. The result was a modern, patient-focused website that strengthened trust, enhanced the overall user experience, and positioned the practice as an approachable and knowledgeable healthcare provider.
