Although the business had innovative offerings, it lacked a clear execution roadmap and a defined customer acquisition process. Marketing activities, website planning, and lead generation efforts needed to be organized into a scalable framework that aligned priorities, established implementation phases, and created a seamless journey from initial interest to inquiry. My Approach:
I approached the project by first developing a phased marketing roadmap that prioritized initiatives based on business objectives, implementation requirements, and long-term growth opportunities. This structured framework provided a clear sequence for executing marketing activities while ensuring resources were focused on the highest-impact initiatives.
I then designed the website's landing page and conversion funnel around the customer journey, organizing content, messaging, and calls to action to encourage engagement and simplify the lead inquiry process. By combining strategic planning with conversion-focused user experience principles, I created a scalable marketing framework that supported lead generation, improved user flow, and established a strong foundation for future marketing initiatives.
